1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 Ginger Knob peeled and cut into slices
4-5 Cloves
2 Anise Stars
2 cups Pu'erh Tea brewed
1 cup Almond Milk
2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup optional

    Use our organic pu ‘erh tea for this puerh chai and other similar recipes.

    In a medium sauce pan add the almond milk, spices and ginger and bring to boil over medium heat.

    Turn the heat to low and simmer for 7 minutes.

    Remove from the heat and strain to remove the spices.

    Mix with the brewed pu'erh and drink warm.
