- 1 cup Almondschopped
- 1 cup Roasted Pumpkin Seedssalted
- 1 cup Sunflower Seedsroasted and salted
- 1 cup Pecanschopped
- 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut(yes a whole cup!)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large microwavable bowl, drizzle honey and maple syrup into mix blending well. If the honey is thick, heat up in the microwave for about 15 seconds and mix well.
Place on a baking sheet (use parchment or tin foil paper for easy clean up) and bake for about 20 minutes, blending occasionally to prevent burning.
Let granola cool for 1-3 minutes.
